If you have too many secrets that you only want to keep for yourself. If you have many things that will make people change their friendly attitude to you once they know about them, it's when you are not really happy. Outcome
Having from 8 As or more: You are currently very happy. However, too much happiness can make you self-satisfied. Compared with others, you are less likely want to change or improve your personal characteristics.
Having 6-7 answers A: You are only a bit satisfied with what you are having. Sometimes you feel that your life is full of pleasure, but sometimes all your pleasure vanishes when you become a self-criticizer. Try to be "nicer" with yourself so that happiness will "drop in" more frequently.
Having 3-5 answers A: You are on the average, this is equivalent to the fact that you have the tendency to torment yourself when you only receive criticisms and objections from others. Try to acknowledge those criticisms and objections: this is the way people identify the matter but they are not aiming at you. Happiness will always be beside you when you know your value and not weigh too much other people's criticisms and assessments.
Having 0-2 answers A: You are not very happy. You mistake "temporary happiness" <comfort yourself by eating food, drinking or by other negative habits> for true happiness that can last long with you. Focus on your work and try to get good results, happiness will really come to you.
