When mothers have to go to work again

Decision in working again is one of the challenges to mothers who are on maternity leaves. Some methods here help you overcome this difficult transition period.

Seeking high quality caring services. When you feel secure with professional baby-sit you will more concentrate in job.

Discussing about works and schedule with your manager before working again. If your company is dynamic your working time can be different from others or you can work at home.

At least once a week before working again, you hand over gradually housework for chair woman. Reserving one hour to do duties with them. It makes your children be accustomed to new baby sit, help you feel secure about how your children are taken after; help you and baby-sit adapt with new habit.

When working again, trying to work on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. The first working week is shortened help you and your children more comfortable.

In several first weeks, considering as part time job or daily working time is shorter (returning at 3 pm instead of 5 pm). It makes whole family adapt gradually.

Continuing to suck your children. You and your children will feel nearness when staying each other. Milking at your company will make you link your children when you are far away from them.
