The frugal soup:

Menu for reference:
For breakfast: a glass of fruit juice, a banana, an orange, a cup of grape juice, a bowl of cabbage soup.

For dinner: 150grams of fish, as much cabbage as possible.
Diet rich in protein:
The diet is rich in protein, basic fat and minerals contributing in increasing growth hormone, which is stimulated into factors convenient to consumed energy and help metabolism always maintains at a high level.

A menu rich in fat but poor in sugar seems to be appropriate to the ones used to try to lose weight but failed.

For breakfast: some grilled meat & eggs, 28 grams of cheese, white coffee
For lunch: toast, half of a bowl of salad with vegetables, sliced grilled meat and some butter, free-sugar beverage.
