Brushing teeth too long may hurt the stump. This does harm to teeth growth even it may cause gingivitis.
Many researchers concluded the 13 bad habits to health. Out of time-taking brushing teeth, you should avoid the followings:
Uncooked and done foods in mixture: Some go to the market in the morning put bread, dumpling and breakfast together with vegetable, fresh fish and meat in one basket. It is unsanitary at all as there exists bacterium and microorganism in the basket. And well-done food may be infected by the others. Many contagious digestion problems such as hepatitis, dysentery.come from this mixture. To prevent this, before buying foods, you should have 2 separate bags for these 2 kinds of foods.
Washing face too many times per day can damage the protective layer. And this will make the skin get aged. You should wash your face 3 times per day in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening and use little scented soap.
Having a brisk rub when taking a bath can hurt the skin. The epithelium is thick of 0,1 mm, the defense line prevent s bacterium and the harmful rays to the body. When the skin getting hurt, bacterium and the rays can attack easily the skin causing dermatitis, ulcerate and blood infection.
Sharing household commodities with your family members: Many families like to share their towels, glasses, basins.It is unsanitary to have that habit. If one of the members gets red-eye disease, then it will spread to the others.
Taking much time to walk: Sole of your feet must keep at a certain height. If you take much time for this exercise, the sole may shrink making toe bone is pressed upon. This lead to bone fracture.
High heeled-shoes: Your feet and toes may be pressed upon when you are wearing high heels. The whole body lean ahead, chest and the back swing backward doing harm to ligament, easily causing lop-sided toes and joints at ankle.
Fasting breakfast may make the body exhausting and cause low blood pressure. If this problem lasts for a long time, you may get chronic diseases such as: gastritis, araemia, lack of nutrition, getting aged.
Drink too much water when being full: Some do not drink much water at rest but take a lot after meals. This badly affects digestion and does harm to the health prospectively.
Being too full: Being full can get the stomach fully spread, peristaltic pulsated slowly, gastric juice eliminated less. And food is not fully absorbed therefore doing harm to digestion system.
Drinking condensed tea: Condensed tea may shrink mucous membrane. This precipitates protein and dilutes gastric juice affecting to digestion and ferro substance absorption. Moreover, condensed tea causes sleeplessness.
Overdose drinking: This habit does harm to liver and stomach. If you drink quite often, alcohol assembles in the body causes chronic poisoning, nerve paralysation, disorder metabolism, getting aged soon.
Sleeping too much can burden the sleep-center of the brain and cause physical exchange failure. Sensation functions and immune system can be weakening. Sleeping too much causes many diseases, especially the slow circulation, heart attack or stroke.
