Dinner is the time for family gathering, that is why housewives usually prepare most delicious dishes for dinner. Scientists have concluded that a too-late and over-nutrient dinner is the primary cause triggering germs. Below are the common consequences:
Obesity: Commonly, we do not have many activities after dinnertime. If the rate of our consuming is higher than that of our burning energy, the excessive energy will turn into fat under the synthesis of the pancreas. Result: We are to be obese.
