Yolk contains Lutein and Zeaxanthin protecting skin from freckles. What is more, a substance against oxygenation in yolk called Carotenoid is absorbed better than Carotenoid existing in carrots, and papayas.
Furthermore, yolk supplies us with natural vitamin D so as to improve functions of calcium to achieve healthy bones. Particularly, yolk also helps our body absorb Folate to prevent children from lack of this substance and the elderly from cardiovascular problems.

Eggs are soft, easy to chew and digest. Thus, besides a source of valuable nutrients, they are suitable for people facing problem of chew or using false teeth.
