How nutrition is useful?
A suitable regulations concerning nutrition supply full of energy, rich of protein and lipid (particularly MUFA & PUFA), poor of glucoza - glucid is necessary having golden health.
- Not eat too much, too superfluous calories (below 2000 Kcals).
- Limit saturated cholesterol because it is easy done obstructed artery: sources of this kind of cholesterol are mains animals' cholesterol such as: lard, butter, ox fat and dairy ice-cream.
- Increase cholesterol quantity as Olive oil, Cauliflower oil. Two kinds of vegetables oil have effects lessen cholesterol level in LDL.
- Eat many kinds of vegetables with fibrous matter, fresh fruits.
- Not eat salty food (amount of salt should be from 6 to 8 grammes per day).
- Eat less sugar and limit sweet foods (cake, candy, jam,...).
- Not drink huge quantity of hard liquor, strong black coffee.
People usually think fatty substances are always harmful for health, easy caused obese and relate to cardiovascular diseases. Not that in reality. With a suitable level of cholesterol such as MUFA and PUFA, is necessary for heart.
