You have tried having much coffee for supposing that it helps you loose weight but you dislike it? Do not suffer for this foolishly.

Many researchers have proved that there is no rise in the calories consumed even though you have six cups of coffee everyday.

Coffee may reduce good taste to many people, making them eat less but this can not make a long effect enough to loose an enormous weight. Coffee brings diuretic effects and causes body to loose water, an indispensable element, but not grease. If the body lacks of much water, it may come to disorder. Generally, it is not evident that coffee helps us to loose weight. On the other hand, coffee has often been had with sugar which causes weight-gaining.

Is the fact that having too much sugar leads to diabetes?

That is incorrect. It is the ration with high fat and energy that causes obesity and takes a major in type 2 diabetes. The exact cause of diabetes has not been unknown but the factors of heredity, overweight and doing little exercises play main roles.

Is it that margarine is better for use than animal butter?

Margarine is made from vegetable oil without cholesterol but contains more dietary fat than animal butter; therefore it is good for heart. However not all kinds of margarine is good for health as some harmful fat substances appear in production process. In general, the drier the margarine the more harmful fat substances it contains.

Does coconut contain much cholesterol?

In fact, coconut does not contain cholesterol existing in animal fat. It contains much phytosterol supposed to relieve the symptom of urine leakage at patients have fat prostate gland and also to reduce the risk of large intestine cancer. However, using too much coconut harms our health as it has high fat contents.
