HALITOSIS, WHY?
There are many people whose outside looks beautiful but they "are destroyed" by smelly breath. Halitosis is symbol of certain chronic disease in your body or due to bad hygiene.
Causes of halitosis
Cursory teeth brushing: food stagnate space between teeth after several hours change bacteria causing bad odor. Need to brush teeth 2 times a day. Should brush slowly at least 3 minutes. Everyday, you should use waxed dental floss to sanitize space between teeth.
Do not have habit of shaving tongue: shiny teeth but dirty tongue may still have bad odor. While looking at the mirror, if you find the tongue's surface is thicker, white or yellow it is gathering place of bacteria. After brushing, you should use specialized brush to shave your tongue. You should use ordinary brush to shave but noticing to do gentle.
Tartar and tooth decay: while finding halitosis, should test tartar and discover tooth decay soon. The ordinary people should have habit to take tartar twice a year to protect teeth's strength.
Cigarette addiction: nicotine attacks teeth, gums and tongue creates special smelly odour. Other hand, while smoking, salivary gland is dry, it creates favorable condition for bacteria's development. If you can not give up smoking, breath is difficult to be pleasant.
Sinusitis or gastritis: when dentist affirms you do not have problem with your teeth, there is ability of sinusitis or gastritis, should see doctor and treat.
