Having much fruit will bring you a well-proportioned body
By researching the regimens of 52 fit people and 52 obese people, the researcher find out that people with fit bodies eat more fibrous matter and fruit than people with heavy weight.
"The result reveals that ingredients of the regimens; especially when fibrous matter and fruit are too little in the regimens, will contribute to increase of obesity", state the researchers.
Doctor Jaimie N Davis at Southern California, U.S.A. leant about the regimens of all the volunteers with the same height and age.
They found out that the strong differences in habit of eating of two groups. The group of people with obesity and heavy weight needed to consume more fat and cholesterol, less carbohydrate, especially fibrous matter and fruit than the group of people with moderate weight.
Fibrous matter decreased the digestion process, lasted the feeling of being full. Moreover, eating much fibrous matter was usually little fat and calories.
The researchers concluded result showed that the increase of the content of fibrous matter, carbohydrate, and fruit in their menu would decrease fat content in stomach in adults.
