Jogging must have right way

If jogging with listening music and stepping fast or slow follow music the quantity of calorie will increase more.
However, it is not very likely all people have been exercising with this sport always practice right.
Does go jogging right?
Head is straight; eyes direct ahead and do not bend down.
Loosing shoulder, folding arms at elbow creating a right strangle, swings them ahead and following legs' rhythm (no motion hands two side).
Flank and waist is straight with legs, do not bend forward or rearwards.
Having suitable moderate steps, not too long to create pressure for thigh and knee lead to be hurt.
