It is apparent that sleeping too much will make you overweight. But sleeping a little is also a reason causing obesity. Losing sleep make your bodies save up much more fat. Losing sleeping also means that you are hungry, which urges you to eat too much.

Why does losing sleeping make you overweight? The simplest answer is that the more time you are awake, the more time you eat too much. The more important reason is that people sleeping less than 5 hours a day will decrease 15 % their appetizing feelings but increase 15% the feeling of hunger.

Many research on people who often lose their sleep show that this situation will increase the amount of hormone relating to their appetizing feeling and habits of eating and drinking. The people who sleep a few hours (about from 4 to 5 hours a night) have the amount of hormone of stimulating their appetizing feelings which is higher than people sleeping 8 hours a night. They also have a tendency to eat too much sweet things and starch in the nights when they lose their sleep.

During sleeping, your bodies will produce a hormone which can decrease your appetizing feelings. If you are awakening in half way, this process will be interrupted. This can make you feel hungry strongly and you will find it hardly to go to sleep again if you do not eat anything. Eating at night is apparently the best way for your bodies to save up redundant fat.

Losing sleep more often can influence badly the activities of hormones which burn up redundant calories in your bodies. A research lasting 13 years over nearly 500 American from 27 to 40 years old shows that people gaining weight the most is people sleeping less than 6 hours a night. A part of reason is that the denser time you wake up at night, the more your tendency of eating will increase. Losing sleep not only changes body-clock but also changes biological system in your bodies. All the chemicals and hormones controlling your appetizing feelings can easily change when your sleeping time decreases whether it is just one or two hours compared to your normal sleeping time.

The fatter you are, the more difficult you will find to fall asleep. This is a vicious circle. People losing sleep will be overweight, fatter. Then, they will it difficult to sleep. The obese people are easily suffocated when they fall asleep because when they are sleeping, throat muscles are stretched, come to halt, which stand in the way of air lines in and out. Therefore, they have to wake up a few seconds to breathe easily. After that, they go to sleep again and wake up again. Then, this vicious circle will repeat all nights, which make obese people have no deep sleep.

The doctors often advise that people wanting to lose weight should sleep enough, apart from go on a right diet or doing exercises regularly. People sleeping less than 4 hours a night will have the risk of obesity, which is 73% higher than people sleeping from 7 to 9 hours. This figure is 50% to people sleeping 5 hours a day and 23% to people sleeping 6 hours a day.

In fact, everyone has different needs about sleeping time. There are people sleeping 6 hours a day, which can make them be of sound minds. There are people sleeping 9 hours, which can make them lust for. There are people wanting to have short sleep in a day. There are people not wanting to have a snap. However, what you need to do is to satisfy enough your needs of sleeping of your bodies.

In order to have a good sleep, you have to train yourselves the habits of sleeping and waking up in the fixed time. Do not sleep according to your mood. Do not be full up or drink too much water before sleeping time in order to avoid the feeling of having indigestion and waking up in half way to urinate. Try to eat your dinners as early as possible (before going to bed 2 hours) and should not eat hot and nutritious food. You should add vegetables. Avoid using stimulants such as drinking wines, beers, coffee, and gas water. Do not smoke before sleeping.

Doing exercises lightly at night is better than doing exercises before sleeping. Do not have a snap too long (about 30 minutes is enough) in order to avoid suffering from indigestion of sleeping time at night. Before going to sleep, you can take a bath to make your bodies clean and your spirits cheery.
