Going to church helps to live longer

A new research finds that people who take part in religious ceremonies weekly will live longer. Specifically, the research shows number of years that can add to each person's longevity relying on some following activities:
Do exercises regularly: 3 - 5,1 years
Suitable system for nutrition: 2,1 - 3,7 years
Go to church regularly: 1,8 - 3,1 years
"Going to church regularly is not completely a therapy for health. This research does not give a specialized conclusion, but it indicates that a relationship between religion and health need to be studied more and it can be applied to health activities", Daniel Hall, at Health Center of Pittsburgh University, said. He is also a bishop in church.
He thinks that religion helps you to decrease stress or increase ability to resist stress. Or living in religious community also helps you to have a more meaningful life.
