Striking lighting is risk threaten people who use hand phone in rainstorm, English doctors warn.
PhD Swinda and other senior doctors in London have warned about a 15 year old girl was stroked by lighting while was using hand phone at large park in city in rainstorm.
This girl is heart attacked in a short while but recovering after that. Although many people witness the striking of thunder, she can not remember about this accident.
