Stroke can easily happen at two periods of time in a day
The heart attacks and stroke often happen in two periods of time of a day. Every time it lasts 2 hours. One happens in the morning, and one happens at night.
The Japanese scientists tested more than 12.000 cases and found that the risks of stroke can reach the peak when it was from 6 to 8 AM and from 6 to 8 PM. The lowest risk happens during sleeping.
The key could be the change of blood circulation due to the control of body-clocks.
The researchers at Y Iwate University learned about the patients who had three different kinds of stroke. Almost they suffered stroke because of lack of local blood. The reason was that arteries are stuck when they were transmitting blood to brains.
Stroke producing blood which is rarely popular happened when vessels were broken in brains. There are two kinds: blood running directly in brain cells, and blood running in arteries on the brain surfaces.
In all three cases, all the scientists figured out the risk at the highest level in the morning and in the beginning of evening.
Stroke because of anemia especially happened much more in the morning. Bleeding stroke happened much more in the evening.
The scientists said that the displacement in blood pressure can be considered to be the main reason creating such model.
However, they believed that other factors also influence this model. For example, the platelets, the small molecules in blood, traditionally clotted fast in the morning, which made the blood more concentrated. When the blood was dilute, bleeding would happen easily and this can increase the risk of bleeding stroke.
