Sunshine helps prevent sleeping sickness
Letting sunshine goes through the room not only makes your mind cheerful but also helps you avoid afternoon sleeping sickness.
Sunshine influences the functions of our brain and other psychological factors such as biological rate, heart rate, and hormone release. Dr. Gilles Vandewalle and his counterparts from Liege University , Belgium , have examined the effectiveness of sunshine towards brain's activities.
They allow a group of people to contact light sunshine in the morning in 21 minutes, taking some photos of the
brain simultaneously. The result shows that these people are not only cheerful, but the reactions of several brain areas of theirs also strengthen. These brain areas connected with the ability of attention, realization, and the sleeping prevention when we are in persistent darkness.
The state people feeling tired in the afternoon almost appears everywhere around the world, from the regions full of sunshine like equatorial regions to regions in the North Pole.
Vandewalle said, "People stay inside everywhere. They should contact with sunshine more."
