Because of lacking vitamin D, the danger of falling increases high

Scientists in Amsterdam University ( Holland ) drew above result after measuring vitamin D in blood of 1.231 people who are at the age of 65 or more.

The result shows: For people who are short of vitamin D, they run the risk of falling at least 2 times per year, 78% upper in comparison with people who are full of this vitamin. The danger of falling 3 times or more per year for people who are short of vitamin D also increases double. The effect of Vitamin D is to keep bones steady and play an important role for muscles activities.
