Old people shouldn't keep a vegetarian diet entirely
Because of being afraid of blood fat, some old people abstain the dishes of fish and meat in their meals; the others take a vegetarian meal because they think that this is nutritional regime to be long-lived. However, according to experts, it's not good for health to keep a vegetarian diet.
Mr. Cao Kien, the vice-chairman of nutrition faculty-Trung Son nutrition institute ( China ) shows that if people take a vegetarian meal for the long years, they will be lack of iron, vitamin B12 and protein. These factors are necessary to create erythrocyte tissues.
In addition, the permanent vegetarian diet causes the lack of blood fat - the most important nutrient because it creates tissue cell influencing to leukocyte operation. For old people, these problems influence badly to health.
Professor Uong Dieu Nguyen in Medical Shanghai University emphasizes that the food is divided into cold, heat and warmth depended on everyone's body. He also divides our body into 6 forms, its correlation is the different dishes but has to base on the meat and vegetarian dishes' equal. Any difference is not advisable.
