Over come the fear of old age
Old age is a matter that we must accept but it still makes us fell worried , sometimes fell fearful as reminding those two words; as a result of that, we become older.Instead of denying the truth, you should try to overcome that fear.
Everyone always fears of looking at her or himself in a mirro in someday,and he or she will not see a nice face with rosy cheeks or strong ,brawny shoulders as in the old days ,and all of them are replaced on a toothless mouth and wrinkled skin.But the truth is always the truth ,so, why don't you find a private way for you?
Cultivating the relationship that you have had : When being old, many people fear that they will not be serviceable anymore,so they think that they will be desolated. Thus,you should try to cultivate all of your relationships,conservation ,phone calls of your friends,relatives in order to make you fell more confident
On the contrary, the persons who receives your interest will see your changing appearance less worthy to pay attention than your interest .And they will reciprocate you worthily,those are love and sympathies between different generations.
Being interested in spirit: Gerald Manley Hopkins , a versifier , said: "Everyone also has a youngest part hidden under every thing".Many charitable activities, preaching conference or religious meditation will help you to find your young part which is suppressed by many worries about your life. Making difference : Teresa's mother said that: " Our world need sympathies and sense of mercy from everywhere ".So,according to your abilities,you should contribute for someone or some where that are short of foot and clothing. And you will find that you really differ from yourself in the old days, even differ from everyone around you. That will bring you so much confidence and even many pleasures of the spirit.
Living moderately: When you was young, you could eat a whole chicken in one time and didn't fell satiated. But when you are old, you should need a method of eating moderately.Highpressure,heart attack,diabetes are serious diseases that can let you fall down.However, you shouldn't so worried to such an extend that you have to abstain from everything,then you will desire them and that is more harmful to you.
Nonstop learning: With your ages, you have the superiority in experience but you can not be comparable with the vivacity of th youth.So that,you shouldn't lose your strong side by recollecting the past .You should continue learning from the youth,reading many kinds of new technologic documents and expanding your contact with the younger generation
New knowledges will impulse your curiosity and creation( which thought to be lost when you are old).The young friends will let you more confident of your hopefull life.Moreover,you will have more conditions to impart them som much valuable experience.All of them will let you not fell desolate or serviceable,and you yourself will recognize that old age is not fearful
Mixing with nature: walking, looking after your flowerbeds or garden.are valuable medicine that nature and time bring to you.Because when you was young ,you seldom have time to do that.So,why don't you spend the last years of your life mixing with nature and you will recognize that unsurely,you have never lived significantly before.
Imparting your ideas to the younger generation: You impart just only something that you experienced and think right,good to the younger generation.That will make all people close together, it let nobody care about what his or her generation,and the others are knowledge,reason,love and respect.
Old age is not fearful and desolate as you think.Just become optimistic and hamorny with your life,nature,every one, even thr truth. You will fell thatyour life are always happy and signifiant .
