The music can help elder to relax, and the laughs or smiles when they have well-dancing or wrongly-dancing even the foot stamping together may become the restoratives for body and spirit. On the earth has a sentence, the sentence is "the elder, the legs is old advance" but in dancing the pair of legs need to act much and flexibility, skillful, and tune line with music that it have more improvement.
