The elderly should not chock pillow highly while sleeping. In order to limit lacking blood in brain suddenly, if you want to sit up when lying, you should not raise your hand suddenly, you have to turn head and lean your body, stand your hand gradually. Reading books on bed for a long time is harmful for your eyes, gets tired for body and hands gather blood lowly and cause hemorrhoids.

Doing physical and mental power activities are necessary for the elderly but doing them regularly and frequently, avoiding state of having or not. Relieving, urination .
Normally, everyday the elderly can relieve 3 times after meals or 2-3 days a time. Gross of shit does not exceed 200g if they have a little fibrous matter. Being called liquid relieve if they do it many times a day and liquid shit (often having trouble with large intestine.
Relieving 4 days a time is called constipation, dry shit with curl and much white sticky cover outside. If relieving once in 1-3 days with dry shit is not called constipation. If urinating sharp, burning or with fresh blood, you should see specialist, at night, having a jerry beside bed, suitable with arm's reach, not having to be out of bed is good way.
