Sexual intercourse is a consumed activity with rather high amount of calories because it stimulates the activities of almost important muscles in body; especially circulation, and respiratory organs.

Taking a bath after sexual intercourse can cause danger since the cold water can shrink the blood vessels suddenly, which leads to shock and may cause accident of breaking blood vessels.

After relaxation, you should have a drink (mineral is the best) to compensate for the amount of consumed water for enhancing breathing and excretion of body.

After sexual intercourse, the best thing is to lie down for relax until heart and breathing rate work as usual. Then, you can sit up. Without sign of feeling dizzy, you can stand up and avoid standing suddenly.
