Do you choose a proper job?
It is uncomfortable when we do not know how our jobs and our lives are in the future. The following test helps you recognize if you choose a proper job.
You can say "yes" or "no" to each question. To each question, if you say "yes" you score 1 mark:

- I like next plans, which help me improve my creative mind.
- If having problems, I can recover fast because I am energetic and self-confident.
- I have a lot of motives to work and always create many things to do in company.
- I have perfect and updated curriculum vitae.
- I am optimistic about the prospect of my job.
- I know where my position is next 5 years.
- I know where my position is next year.
- I am paid fairly.
- I respect my boss.
- I can work with my colleagues or clients effectively even they are hard to please.
- I can deal with my company's policies effectively.
- I was trained perfectly to do my job.
- My boss is enthusiastic to help me and create convenient conditions for me to study and develop.
- I am working in a company where working in group is appreciated.
- I attend meetings relating to my major to update new knowledge.
Here is the result :
From 1 to 5 marks : You are not the only person. You need to have time and enthusiasm to find a proper job. Consider the test as a warming up to change. Go to the consultants and specify your target. Do you know that many people change and success in their new careers?
From 6 to 10 marks : There are lots of things to do. Consult your coworkers and friends to exchange other fields you like. Find an advisor to have a positive view and to be supported.
From 11 to 15 marks : You do your job well, but you still have chances to improve yourself. Join professional organizations to widen and collect information in your major.
From 16 to 20 marks : Your occupation is good. This is a chance for you. Discuss new challenges and chances you can undertake with your boss.
From 21 to 25 marks : Congratulations! You like your job very much. You always try your best. Why do not you take a training course or study a new foreign language?
