In any work environments, there are a lot of types of people, such as the bad, the good and the ugly, so that, it is impossible to warranty that you are freely compatible to the other colleagues in the jobs that you applied for. Actually, in the most probability, you can be put into the team of several annoying persons, slanderers or instigators. In those cases, you must keep your temper professionally and be skillful in the behaviors with them.
There are several types of frightened people in the office, for the most of employers, and the deals with those.
1. - Talebearers. In each office, there is at least a person who is capable of a natural - born "company secrets gleaning tycoon". They always have the most hot - piping news, voluntarily and unhesitatingly to share those facts to the others. By the way, it is seemed to be interesting in hearing about some covered information in the office in some times, but it is essential to screen carefully those out off rumors. Actually, the majority of those tales are rumors and defaming words about the others. If you do not take a part in spreading false rumors, you will be more trusted and respected by the other colleagues. Furthermore, not spread that rumor is the best way not turning you to be a next rumor topic.
2. - Natural - born complainers. In a typical office, there are several persons who are displeased with everything in some cases. In spite of not exhausted in the series of complains, they complain and reproach with the others all time. In the ergonomics aspects, those negative actions and thoughts are same meaning to the low spirit and productivity or capacity in a typical work environment. By the way, a natural - born complainer often tend to share their sufferings to someone else, so that if they want to confide the sorrows, the best behavior is to stay and listen to their confidence, but do not take a part in that shaggy - dog story. Then you will be neither bothered by them, nor considered as a negative employer any more.
3. - Priers. In many offices, employers are arranged in the individual cabins in a large room. This arrangement is make a chance for the some of employers capable of describing thoroughly the individual private of the others, so that if you work with a person who knows everything about you, you must be more discreet in behaviors and works. You must restrict the private calls or discus about your private problems in the meetings as much as possible. Lastly, if your private freedom is harmed continuously, you must suggest the chief to change to the new private place which is more individual liberty.
4. - Aristocratic office thieves. The stolen things are neither a fountain pen, nor a handbook, by the hand they are your ideas or efforts. In some case, you can accidentally catch that one of your ideas are officially announced later as his own. It is unwise to object to that and try to affirm: "That idea is mine!" It is the awareness for you to be careful of that type people, especially when you forge an idea. Be professional employer, and watch out those thieves.
5. - Disturbing persons. Besides the unintentional disturbing persons, there are some of obviously bad characters. They are so rude, arrogant and mean. However, there are several ways to behave with those people. First of all, you may not know the purpose why they are like that. Those characters are negatively originated by some objective and subjective roots happened in their past. By the way, you must actively set up the positive and open - minded conversations with them about your relationships, especially careful to begin those conversations in order to not hurt their respect. Next, you always show up the agreeable sympathy than incrimination or critics. Lastly, in the awesome cases, you must suggest the chief to decrease the work relationship with those persons.
Finally, if you can avoid those negative cases, determined as the above, you can prevent the heart diseases later in your retirement. The thing must be remembered that: "A work environment is a mess of various types of employers in it". So that the key behaviors are to live by your real to the others, accomplish all the supported tasks, and do everything to relax yourself after an office - day, despite they made you feel out of the physical and mental broke - down limits to grind your teeth with a screeching noise out of limits.
