To resist smell on wearing shoes
If your feet sweat, put on sweat-resistant substance to control the moisture. Use specialized deodorants for feet not ones for both feet and armpits.
To avoid awkward situations when your shoes smell, you should learn how to take care of your feet and shoes to be confident in public.
For feet
Bacteria grow a lot in dark and wet environment; so, feet and shoes have smell easily. To get rid of that smell, you should keep your feet and shoes clean and airy. Wash your feet carefully using sterilizing soaps and scrub spaces between toes.
Dry your feet completely after washing them. You can also steep your feet in a basin of tea. Tannin in tea will help to reduce the smell of feet.
You can also put sterilizing gel on your feet to control the growth of bacteria or use anti-dermotophyte powder to prevent dermotophyte in the legs.
Use deodorants for feet everyday. You should find deodorants that can be absorbed and prevent bacteria causing smell. Products that make fragrance not reduce feet's smell, but they make the problem more serious. Keep away from rough stocks or nylons. Use cotton stocks and change them one or two times a day if your feet sweat heavily.
For shoes
Wash your shoes tidily inside and outside using detergent and bleach.
Sprinkle a lot of carbonate acid or banking soda into the shoes, keep them overnight and shake them steadily before wearing.
Spray shoes daily with deodorants or detergents used for feet.
Remove linings from shoes and let them dry in 24 hours after a day of sweating heavily or your shoes are wet.
If a rain soaks your shoes, keep them dry completely before wearing them.
