Your partner: because giving suck to a baby is "sole right" of the mother, the father can do other works for help. Relations and friends: A lot of relations and friends will come to see you when you have just given a birth. This will make you happy. Share giving suck to the baby at night with your husband: You can wonder how because giving suck to the baby is "sole right" of a mother. It's not easy but not impossible. You can squeeze your milk in a bottle before sleeping and ask your husband to bottle-feed the baby when he/she wakes up. If not, you can ask him to lull the baby to sleep if the baby wakes up but not require suckling. Relax: Relax before you go to bed. The best method is taking a bath with warm water. Drinking a cup of warm water is also a useful way. Go to bed when your baby sleeps: It's usually easier to say than doing because you may have to see your friends or relations or do housework at that time.
