Six things to memorize before bearing a child
During the whole pregnancy, don't forget to drink enough 2 liter of water everyday. Water will help your body to avoid constipation (often occur during pregnancy) and strengthen functions of the kidney.
And before being a mother, don't forget also:
Refrain from physical activities: Don't exhaust yourself for physical exercises, sports but keep doing these activities. Walking and swimming are the best sports which are encouraged to practice during pregnancy.
Sleep enough: Your body is in great change, so it is easy to understand why you often feel tired. Short snaps during a day will help you to refresh your energy.
Give up diets: You need to be provided enough nutrition not only for you but also for the baby. Small, fragmented meals will help you eat a lot more than big 3 main meals.

Provide acid folic: You need more acid folic right when having the intention to have baby. Acid folic is in kidney, green vegetables and beans.
