Exercises for firm breasts
Shapely breasts are from many elements of heredity, nutrition, doing exercises. The three following exercises remain breasts firm and shapely.
1/ Push-up:
Lie on your front with two stretched legs
Tiptoes against the ground
Use two hands to lift up the breasts perpendicular to the ground
Remain the position within a few minutes
It is good to do practice twice a day.
2/ Put the shot:
Each hand holds a dumb-bell weighing from 2,5 kg to 4 kg.
Lie on your back on a bench
Spread the 2 arms horizontally
Palms are upward.
Draw the two arms to your chest.
Repeat the exercise at least 12 times.
3/ Breast massage:
It is good to massage your breasts in circles from downward within 5-10 minutes when having a bath with warm water.
Do the exercise regularly; your breasts must be much firmer.
In addition, to keep the balance on breasts, you can follow these ways:
Avoid lying on the bigger breast but lie on the other for a certain time
Do the exercises with the rough hand regularly to keep the balance on breasts
