Symptoms of infected expectance

In urinary protein test, if it is more than 0,3g/l, it is abnormal, and should check for infected expectance.
High blood pressure : in the last period, the blood pressure of pregnant women with infected expectance will increase about maximum 30mmHg, and minimum 15mmHg compared to the period without pregnancy.
Complications of infected expectance
If infected pregnancy cannot be well-treated, it will lead to pre- puerperal eclampsia , and puerperal eclampsia .
Pre- puerperal eclampsia : pregnant women feel dizzy, dull eyes, sometimes nauseous. Urine contains protein up to 0,5g/l. Beriberi does not lessen, but worse. And urine is less. But there have not had any puerperal eclampsia yet.
If the cure is useless and blood pressure is above 160/100mmHg, take the fetuses off at once otherwise it will lead to puerperal eclampsia
P uerperal eclampsia : often occurs in the last period of expectance, while beginning labour, and after delivery.
The pregnant women are in puerperal eclampsia and fainted, which is accompanied with high blood pressure, urinary protein. Often occur to pregnant women with first-born child many times than those with child (counting from the second)
The signs of Puerperal eclampsia : strong fit of convulsions, running eyes, and then body convulsions
Vessels work fast. Convulsions increase. If phenomenon cannot be settled down, it will lead to heart failure, kidney p uerperal eclampsia , bleeding brain, even death.
To p uerperal eclampsia before delivery: the convulsions lead to having premature birth, died fetuses. If well-cured, pregnant women can begin the labour to normally deliver and alive fetuses.
To puerperal eclampsia while beginning labour: convulsions make strong bent matrix. Therefore, to pregnant women with open and slow cervix, have to take fetuses off at once.
