Reduce chest pains caused by pregnancy
If your chest is tight and painful, you should eat less food that contains fat. Eat more cabbage, fruits, rice and beans. This diet will reduce hormone oestrogen of your body.
As a woman who has already bore, you must have experienced this trouble. Most of pregnant women who are going to deliver feel their chests bigger and bigger, so tight and painful that they can hardly find a suitable sleeping position.
Perhaps you haven't given birth, but every month at the beginning of the period, you feel your chest a little bit swollen and uncomfortable. The smooth and comfortable bra you wear everyday now hurts whenever you put it on.
This trouble appears due to natural cycle of hormones in your body. They stimulate the cells of the milk gland or other liquid glands in the breast, making these glands bloated and stimulate other glands to be swollen as well to provide enough blood to cells.In general, this bloating is like the domino effect, since which the breast is getting bigger. Nerve cells in the breast are affected and cause pain.
This phenomenon is natural and unavoidable; however some approaches can reduce the pain.
Change the eating habit: Reduce fat, increase cabbage, fruits, rice and beans. This eating habit reduces oestrogen, the main reason that causes pain.
Don't let yourself be too fat: The level of pain is positively related to your fat. Too much fat in your body acts as glands that produce and store oestrogen.
Take in vitamins: Prolactin is one of the reasons that cause chest pain. To prevent the development of this substance, drink vitamin B, C and calcium.
Keep off coffee: Based on their own experiences, many doctors advise patients not to drink coffee or drinks that contain caffeine such as soft drinks, cream, cocoa.and especially relief medicines containing caffeine.
Cut down salt: Salt can make swell more serious. Try to cut down on the amount of salt before menstrual cycle about 1 week and you will feel less pain.
Hot and cold: This is a miraculous method that can relieve any pain. Wrap ice in a plastic bag and cover the pain over a towel for about 5 to 10 minutes, next change a towel dipped in hot water for 5 minutes, and turn to cold water. Doing this several times during a day can relieve every pain. It eases up almost all swell like pain in the back, black eyes, bloated breast to black and blue marks caused by other reasons.
